Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City have appointed Anthony Roy as the new cluster executive chef.

With a rich background in leading F&B teams, Roy brings a wealth of experience to his new role.

He has held various key positions within the industry, such as executive chef at Sofitel London Heathrow, Executive Chef at Park Plaza London Waterloo, the F&B operations director at Macdonald Aviemore Resort and also the executive chef at Hilton London Wembley.

As executive chef at Hilton London Wembley, he catered to high-profile events and sports teams, including the Great Britain Olympic team's welcome home celebration and Matchroom boxing fights.

In his new role, Roy will oversee culinary operations at Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City.
