Maryam Mujica

Maryam began her career as a litigation attorney before pursuing her passion to be at the forefront of policy making on issues ranging from national security to internet policy. After spending four years representing the U.S. Government at the White House National Security Council and the U.S. Department of State, she rejoined the private sector where she led Government Relations teams at Twitter, Google, and Shopify. As a first-generation American with Latin American and Middle Eastern roots, travel and understanding different cultures has been at the heart of her upbringing. Maryam obtained her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Virginia, her law degree from Santa Clara University, and her Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College (CT). She speaks Spanish, French and Farsi and lives in Washington, DC with her family.
