Dr. Zhou is currently Associate Professor at the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (formerly, the Institute of Travel, Hotel and Restaurant Administration), Niagara University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Recreation/Tourism from Michigan State University. His first Master's degree was in English Linguistics conferred by Fujian Teachers University and the second Master's degree was in Telecommunications given by Michigan State University.
