Earlier this month, a representative from Google met with our paid search analysts and several other members of our team for a day of training. The representative discussed several topics including: advertising on YouTube, the latest paid search optimization methods and products for our clients, and new beta products from Google.

What did we learn in training?

During our training we learned that advertising on both the Google Search and Display networks is an effective way to reach our clients' main target audiences through a variety of channels. The different strategies available to tailor a client's specific goals for their paid search campaign are vast. Our team was educated on all the possible advertising strategies, and in what instances they should be used, ranging from Remarketing and the more-targeted RLSA (remarketing lists for search ads) throughout all networks, to E-mail targeted marketing.

Learning about typical travel consumers, trends, and data to adjust campaigns based on Google's data.

What does this mean for our clients?
