HOFEX 2011 was held on 11-14 May and achieved again a record-breaking result! 30,718 quality trade buyers visited, of which 30.27% were international buyers from 85 countries and regions. Together with numerous conference delegates, contestants and media, the show welcomed a total of 33,409 visitors. Many of them were decision-makers from the food & beverage, wholesale, import, retail, hotel operation, theme park & resort sectors which further underlined the high quality of HOFEX trade buyers.
