As president of the 2010 EUHOFA Congress, I am pleased to invite you to join us in Providence, Rhode Island this year. Johnson & Wales University is honored to host this gathering that will be taking place only for the second time in the United States. Much has changed – for the better – in hospitality education and training, as well in the City of Providence, since we first hosted the Congress in 1994. As the only United States school, and one of a few North American schools, we look forward to presenting how American-style hospitality compares globally and sharing the advances in hospitality leadership and education at JWU. We believe the theme of the EUHOFA Congress 2010, "Educating Tomorrow's Hospitality Leaders," will enlighten and challenge you and all participants.
