PIR Hospitality Industry is the largest trade show for the restaurant, catering and hotel industry in Russia and CIS countries. PIR 2012 will bring together about 750 companies from 25 countries that will demonstrate their products and modern technologies (food, equipment, services for restaurants and hotels) in thematic and national halls. More than 45 000 professional visitors are expected. The PIR schedule includes a variety of events for the professionals – conferences, roundtables, seminars and business consultations, workshops, presentations and international culinary competitions.
