This newly redeveloped 320-room (including 24 suites) hotel, with extensive meetings and events facilities designed to cater for up to 750 people, is owned by the Qingdao Sunkin Group. More than 45 Marriott International sales and operations leaders from across Mexico convened in Mexico City last week to address travel recovery efforts in the wake of the recent H1N1 virus. Forty-one students from the Singapore campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) received their degrees June 6 during the first commencement ceremony held since the campus opened in August 2006.
