California Hotel & Lodging Association (CH&LA)
The California Hotel & Lodging Association, with more than 1,550 members representing more than 182,000 guestrooms, is the largest and most influential state lodging trade association in the world. CH&LA's history of service to California's lodging industry reaches back one hundred six years. The California Hotel Association was organized on November 15, 1893, for the purposes of actively representing the interests and furthering the prestige of the state's burgeoning hotel industry.
California Lodging Industry Association (CLIA)
Headquartered in Sacramento, CLIA is California's nearly 1,000 member lodging and hospitality industry association, providing legislative, educational, marketing, and profit-oriented programs for independent lodging owners and operators. CLIA is the largest independent state lodging association in the United States.
Canadian Federation Of Chefs & Cooks (CFCC)
With over 1500 members, the CFCC is Canada's official and largest national chefs' association. Membership criteria provides for varying levels of skill sets within the culinary field, and more recently the inclusion of Corporate and Allied membership. The association's mandate is primarily centered around education and networking of skills and professional resources. The Canadian Culinary Institute is the educational arm of the CFCC, providing official and recognized certification processes for cooks and chefs to attain the position of Certified Chef de Cuisine. The Canadian Culinary Team is the official National Culinary of Canada and is managed through the resources of the CFCC.
Canadian Food Service Executives Association

CFSEA members are individuals who are operators, suppliers, educators, or provide leadership in the many aspects of the foodservice and hospitality industry. Canadian Hotel Marketing & Sales Executives (CHMSE)
Mission: To be the leading association in providing professional development opportunities to sales and marketing executives within the Canadian hospitality industry. Objectives: To provide exceptional education and training programs in order to improve the core of knowledge of our members. To provide opportunities for information exchange between our members. To develop and maintain accredited standards for hotel marketing and sales professionals. To promote recognition and acceptance of the hospitality marketing and sales profession.
Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA)
CRDA is a Canadian not-for-profit National Association dedicated to the highest ethics in Timeshare. CRDA is a reciprocal member of ARDA, its US counterpart, and a signatory to GATE (Global Alliance for Timeshare Excellence).
Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association
The Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association is the largest hospitality association in Canada. Founded in 1944, CRFA now has more than 15,000 members who represent over 45,000 foodservice outlets in Canada. Our members include all types of restaurants, as well as hotels, caterers, institutions, educators and foodservice suppliers.
Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE)
CSAE is the professional organization for individuals who manage many of Canada's most progressive associations and those who supply the sector with essential products and services. CSAE promotes excellence and professionalism amongst its members, supports association executives in their work, and increases the effectiveness, image and impact of associations to better serve their members and society.
Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council
The Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council is a national organization that facilitates and co-ordinates human resoure development activities which support a globally competitive and sustainable Canadian tourism industry. CTHRC coordinates and facilitates the establishment and maintenance of National Occupational Standards, training resources and Professional Certification for the tourim industry in Canada.
Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA)
The Caribbean Hotel Association is dedicated to excellence in hospitality, leadership in marketing, and sustainable growth in tourism, to the benefit of its membership and that of the wider Caribbean community. The members of CHA represent the entire spectrum of hospitality industry's private sector, from over 1,100 member hotels in 35 national hotel associations, to allied members including airline executives, tour operators, travel agents, trade and consumer press, hotel and restaurant suppliers, and others.
