With industry support FEDHASA, remains the umbrella association for hotels, restaurants, conference centres, caterers, self-catering accommodation, home hosting establishments (B&Bs and guest houses), clubs, taverns, shebeens, suppliers and trainers, consultants and service providers to the hospitality industry.
FED. Ho.Re.Ca (Belgium)
The main objective of FED. Ho.Re.Ca is to promote and protect the professional concerns of its members in particular and of the hotel and catering industry in general.Everybody who is directly or indirectly involved in the hotel and catering industry must be aware of these concerns and should listen to the arguments. Too many times, people have a wrong perception of the horeca businessmen, due to a lack of correct information. FED. Ho.Re.Ca 's purpose is to develop the right arguments to let everybody understand the real problems of the industry. If all horeca businessman would speek the same language, it would be much more easy to force the autorities to take wright decisions.

Food Marketing Institute
The Food Marketing Institute (FMI) is a nonprofit association conducting programs in research, education, industry relations and public affairs on behalf of its 1,500 members including their subsidiaries - food retailers and wholesalers and their customers in the United States and around the world. FMI's domestic member companies operate approximately 21,000 retail food stores with a combined annual sales volume of $220 billion - more than half of all grocery store sales in the United States. FMI's retail membership is composed of large multi-store chains, small regional firms and independent supermarkets. Its international membership includes 200 members from 60 countries.
