The four-star hotel group is Italy's largest lodging company, with about 50 hotels in Europe and the US. In Italy (80% of sales) Jolly Hotels has locations in many of the country's leading tourist and business centers, including Rome, Genoa, and Pisa. The company also has properties in Amsterdam; Berlin; Budapest, Hungary; Brussels; Cologne, Germany; London; Munich, Germany; New York; and Paris. It owns many of its hotels but has begun franchising. The founding Marzotto family and chairman Vittorio Zanuso's family together control about 25% of Jolly Hotels. Spanish hotel chain NH Hoteles owns 20%.

In the United States there are three hotels in Washington and one in Boston. The results to 31st December 2004 show the Group had a turnover of €284.5m and EBITDA of €88.0m.
