The Institute of Hospitality (formerly HCIMA)
The Institute of Hospitality was launched on 2 April 2007 and is the new name for the Hotel & Catering International Management Association (HCIMA). The Institute of Hospitality represents professional managers in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries and has a worldwide membership with members represented in all sectors of the industry including hotels, contract catering , restaurants, pubs and clubs, as well as leisure outlets, theme parks and sports venues. The Institute of Hospitality is managed as an educational charity, and exists to benefit its members in their career and professional development, as well as continuing to improve industry sector standards.
Thai Hotels Association (THA)
Founded on February , 6, 1963 the Thai Hotels Association (THA) was formerly known as the "Thai Hotels Association for Tourists". It was rename the Thai Hotels Association in 1968, composed of leading hotels representing every part of Thailand. All Association Ordinary Member have been approved by the Ministry of Interior. The Association has thus been in existence for over 30 years. To serve arriving tourists in finding suitable accommodation on their first step into the country, THA has set up two counters at Don Muang International Airport's arrival lounge and Domestic Airport's departure lounge. The Official seal of association is a three peak-pavilion with an abbreviation "THA" inside. Below the pavilion is the name "Thai Hotels Association"
The International Ecotourism Society (TIES)
Founded in 1990, TIES is the largest and oldest ecotourism organization in the world dedicated to generating and disseminating information about ecotourism. It currently has members in more than 70 countries. The organization's membership includes academics, consultants, conservation professionals and organizations, governments, architects, tour operators, lodge owners and managers, general development experts, and ecotourists. As a non-governmental organization, TIES is unique in its efforts to provide guidelines and standards, training, technical assistance, research and publications to foster sound ecotourism development join the growing ranks of ecotourism professionals who are working with the Society to make tourism a viable tool for conservation, poverty alleviation, protection of culture and bio-diversity, sustainable development and educational, as well as enjoyable, travel.
The Spa Association (SPAA)
The Spa Association is your one resource for information, resources, education, and community in the spa industry. No other organization unites medical spas, dayspas, resorts, hotel spas, and wellness centers. SPAA is the premier association for spa owners and business-to-business providers. What is The Spa Association? SPAA unites and educates the spa, salon, medical, and wellness industries by offering a collaborative foundation of resources, community and innovation for the future of the spa industry. Moreover, SPAA offers educational materials, group health insurance, an informative quarterly newsletter, business tools and marketing pieces. Fundamentally, The Spa Association is about making this profession more professional. That equates to image, education, regulation, and problematic issues like licensing and sanitation.
The Tourism Society
The Tourism Society is the only, professional body to link the mutual interests of individuals throughout the many sectors of tourism and its related fields, recognising that people will need increasingly to work in more than one sector during their career. The Membership includes individuals working in tourism at all management levels up to industry leaders both past and present as well as other tourism professionals in consultancy, academic and students.
The Travel Foundation
The Travel Foundation is an independent UK charity That aims to help the outbound travel industry manage tourism more sustainably. Timeshare Institute of South Africa (TISA)

Tourism Cares
Tourism Cares is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity with a mission to preserve the travel experience for future generations. It accomplishes this by mobilizing the travel and tourism industry and travelers to give back to society through grants to natural, cultural and historic sites worldwide; through academic and service-learning scholarships for students of hospitality and tourism; and through the organization of volunteer efforts to clean up and restore tourism-related sites in need of care and rejuvenation.
Travel & Tourism Research Association (TTRA)

Travel Business Roundtable (TBR)
The Travel Business Roundtable (TBR) was established in 1995 by travel and tourism industry leaders who recognized the need for an organization to educate legislative leaders -- on the national and state levels -- of the importance of the industry to the nation's economy. Today, more than 70 members (or their functional equivalents) are members of TBR. They represent the largest businesses in the travel and tourism industry, including hotels, restaurants, airlines, travel service companies, rental car companies, information technology providers, cruise lines, theme parks, trade publications, and visitors' bureaus.
