The MICROS 3700 POS System offers enterprise-wide system integration capability and overall flexibility of use. The system's graphical interface features a full-color touch screen and customizable options such as "screen designer," which can help reduce server training time and improve productivity.
According to Mike Snow, Director of Store Systems for Ruby Tuesday, the MICROS system was chosen for its user-friendly interface and open system platform. "We feel that the MICROS 3700 POS system is the one that best meets our needs now and for the future," he said. "The system has worked very well in our pilot locations. We have seen a decrease in server mistakes and a decrease in the amount of time spent training new employees.
