Rockville, MD -- Visual One Systems, a leading software developer for the hospitality industry, today announced the formation of Visual One Asia, which will operate as a direct subsidiary of Visual One USA. Visual One Asia offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney will open by the end of June, additional locations in Asia will open within 60 days. The announcement was made by the company during the annual HITEC trade show in Dallas.

Visual One Asia will sell, design and support all of Visual One's integrated management systems offering them to hospitality clients across Asia and the Pacific Rim. "The internationalization of Visual One positions us to provide a world class state-of-the-art solution to hotel chains across the globe. We are very optimistic about the growth potential in Asia. Our focus is the high end of the market including large hotels, resorts and conference centers," said Dave Burroughs, President of Visual One.

Visual One Asia is being staffed with seasoned hospitality industry veterans including sales, service and programming professionals. The launch of Visual One Asia is a major step into the International arena for the company, additional acquisitions and expansions in the coming months will further establish Visual One as a leading global provider of integrated hospitality management systems.
