MICROS Demonstrates Its OPERA Enterprise Solution (OES) On USi's Global Services Platform at HITEC

The OPERA Enterprise Solution is a high-performance multi-application solution that automates all aspects of a hotel's operation with integrated systems, including central reservations systems (CRS), customer relationship management (CRM), yield management, property management (PMS), sales and catering, quality management, materials management, and back office. MICROS- Fidelio will be offering these web-enabled applications on USinternetworking's advanced global network, the USi Global Services Platform (USiGSPSM).

MICROS and USinternetworking USIX recently entered into a three- year teaming agreement through which MICROS offers a suite of application software solutions via USi's AppHost program.
