As showcased at World Gaming 2000, the OPERA Enterprise Solution (OES) is a fully integrated suite of products consisting of modules that can be easily added or expanded, allowing effective and easy deployment from smaller operations to global, multi-branded hotel chain environments. The OPERA Enterprise Solution introduces enterprise-wide seamless data integrity to manage the complex and dynamic hospitality environment. The OPERA Enterprise Solution creates a paradigm shift of methodology by offering a free-flow of information across multiple applications and multiple properties on one single database to provide the ultimate tool for both property and/or central operations. OES can be deployed in any size environment, from a single property with just Front Office to a larger full service hotel with Sales and Catering, Revenue Management, Quality Management, Back Office and Materials Management. In addition, OES offers products for a hotel chain's corporate office, including a Central Reservations System for both centralized guestroom and function space sales, and an Enterprise Information System, for enterprise-wide customer relationship management, decision support and data warehousing. An additional feature available with OES is the OPERA PALM, offering a mobile wireless connection to OES application, permitting hotels to provide services including check-in and check-out, room inspection and event management at any point of contact.

All of the products in the OPERA Enterprise Solution utilize a 'Web' front end to enhance customer service and create new avenues of communication and revenue generation via the Internet. Through their Web browsers, hotels can access the extensive customer information database maintained by OPERA's Enterprise Solution for local, central and global management of all customer relation management functions.
