IRVINE, Calif. -- MAI Systems Corporation NOW announced today a fully executed agreement with Alpha Microsystems of Santa Ana, CA by which Alpha Microsystems will act as MAI's outsourced hardware maintenance partner for the company's domestic Legacy, Hospitality and Process Manufacturing hardware installed base.
