Richard Wiegmann Named Director Of Global Communications Centers At Trust International

Customer Service Executive Joins Hotel Reservations Technology Provider

ORLANDO, FL -- TRUST International, a member of the Bertelsmann Group, today announced the appointment of Richard Wiegmann as Director of Global Communication Centers. Mr. Wiegmann, who is based in the Frankfurt, Germany office, will manage the evolution of technologically advanced call centers in Frankfurt, Singapore, and Orlando, Fla., into complete customer care centers.

TRUST's customer care centers have recently been upgraded with state-of-the-art technology including the latest generation of Automated Call Distributors (ACDs). Acting on behalf of TRUST's hotel partners, the centers will be able to resolve an anticipated 99% of incoming requests

whether they originate in phone calls or at hotel partner Web sites. Service representatives focus on resolving all customer needs, including such specialized services as arranging limousine service or flowers in the room and other special requests.

Before joining TRUST, Mr. Wiegmann served as Manager of Call Center Customer Services at Amadeus, a global travel distribution system, where he also consulted with corporate clients on call center activities. Previously, he was Reservations and Operations Manager at tour operator DERTour, where he managed the Call Center for City Travelers.

Mr. Wiegmann, a native of Bielefeld, Germany, received his training in the travel industry at Euro Lloyd, a subsidiary of Lufthansa AG located in Frankfurt am Main.
