FS/TEC 2001 To Be Held October 21-24, 2001 At Dallas Convention Center

DALLAS, Aug. 6 / FS/TEC 2001, the only event dedicated 100% to technology applications for foodservice, will be held October 21-24, 2001 at the Dallas Convention Center.

Nearly 200 suppliers to the foodservice/hospitality industries will exhibit at the Sixth Annual International Foodservice Technology Exposition, including Founding Sponsors, IBM, MICROS Systems, Microsoft, and NCR Corporation.

A 36-session educational program will feature sessions on four tracks: E-Commerce/Supply Chain, Operational, Technical and Case Study. The future of technology, including emerging applications, will be the focus of two panel discussions from different perspectives -- a Vice Presidents' Panel of foodservice operators and an Executives' Panel of leading suppliers.

FS/TEC Technology Awards will be presented for Distinguished Achievement in foodservice technology. Team and Project Excellence Awards will honor companies for outstanding technology implementation.
