New Otani Implements TRUST Software and Service Products to Enhance Profitability

TRUST Voyager, the newest web-based reservation system on the market, will be utilized at the property level to manage all data, which is then seamlessly transmitted to all distribution channels. TRUST GDS connects New Otani to over 500,000 travel agencies worldwide via automated, direct interfaces to all major Global Distribution Systems. New Otani is also deploying TRUST View, a data warehouse tool, which transforms reservation data into tailor-made management information according to a hotel or chains' requirements.
