Cendant Travel Distribution Services Adds Starhotels To Its Growing Roster
New Client Incorporates Broad Range of Services Offered by Cendant-owned TRUST International
PARSIPPANY, NJ, Cendant Travel Distribution Services, a division of Cendant Corporation
Utilizing Trust's Voyager CRS system, Starhotels will implement "Next Generation Seamless" connectivity to the GDS, through their own private label global distribution systems (GDS) code (SY). Additionally, Starhotels will leverage the use of Trust's voice service package, a complete outsourcing solution for all customer service communications available within the United States, France, Germany, Spain and the U.K. Through this partnership, Starhotels will also have access to other innovative Cendant products for data warehousing, Internet distribution, as well as customized data management and reporting tool enabling clients to make critical marketing and revenue management decisions, real-time synchronization of the latest reservation data for vendors and hotels, and a seamless connection to third-party Internet hotel booking engines.
