Aloha hires Sr. Director of Aloha Services Group
Thien Nguyen joins Aloha Technologies' executive team
BEDFORD, TX - Aloha Technologies announced that they've hired Thien Nguyen as Senior Director of Aloha Services Group (ASG). In this newly created position, Nguyen will oversee Aloha's Customer Service, Professional Services, and Learning Solutions departments.
Nguyen has been hired to spearhead Aloha's customer satisfaction initiative. Committed to excellence, Aloha provides multiple levels of customized service and support to best meet customers' critical business needs and enhance their business strengths. The addition of Nguyen to the Aloha team is predicted to bring added value to the company's already robust customer service program through strategic leadership and vision.

Nguyen comes to Aloha with more than 13 years experience in the technology and customer service industries. A graduate of the University of Houston, Nguyen has held several management positions with companies such as Schlumberger, Stewart Title, Shell Services International and Compaq Computer Corporation. Most recently he was Director of Global Service Delivery for Schlumberger, where he implemented a global onsite support program through a partnership with Hewlett Packard.
His professional accomplishments include: developing and implementing a fee-based software support program that saved approximately $25 million in support costs; designing and building a 24x7 corporate technical support center that successfully supported over 6,000 clients; and establishing cost models that increased a company's annual revenue to $10 million.
