HITEC 2004 Tuesday Featured Speaker will be Best-Selling Author, Robert Kriegel, Ph.D.

AUSTIN, TEXAS; The 2004 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®) Tuesday general session, on June 22, will feature an address by New York Times best-selling author Robert Kriegel, Ph.D. Kriegel will provide three Break-it thinking strategies for keeping ahead of change, as well as how to round up sacred cows that prevent change, innovation and new opportunities.
