Travel and Hospitality Marketing Veteran, Michael Wylie, Joins Meandaur, Inc.

CHICAGO | Meandaur Inc, a full service interactive agency with offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas and Santiago, is pleased to announce the hiring of travel and hospitality veteran, Michael Wylie.

Mr. Wylie joins Meandaur as the Vice President of Travel and Hospitality and his duties include, but are not limited to, business and product development, partnerships, and strategic direction. He is also the executive sponsor for a variety of travel clients at Meandaur, providing strategic direction, consulting and account supervision.

Mr. Wylie was most recently the Vice President of e-commerce for Wyndham International where he oversaw all Wyndham’s e-commerce efforts, including web development, online personalization initiatives, all online marketing strategies, and direct online distribution. Additionally, he was responsible for extending Wyndham’s brand across the Internet and driving revenue through the corporate web site. Under his leadership, wyndham.com grew from $6 million in annual revenue to over $100 million. For all of his achievement, he was named one of the 25 Most Extraordinary Sales and Marketing Minds in Hospitality and Travel by HSMAI and recently served as Co-Chair of the HSMAI Internet Marketing Committee. He has over ten years of marketing experience within various industries and eight years within the e-commerce sector. Prior to Wyndham, Mr. Wylie worked for Hilton Hotels Corporation as the Senior Director of e-business and as a senior consultant with the Synapse Group, an internet development firm.
