Optims the leading supplier of Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and IT enabling solutions dedicated to the hospitality, tourism and transport industries is pleased to announce that Le Royal Hotels has signed a contract for the installation of City.Optims, a Revenue Management System (RMS). Le Royal Hotels is a five-star luxury brand with hotels in Luxembourg, Amman, Beirut, Hammamet and Tangiers and the majority of its hotels are members of The Leading Hotels of the World. Based on the experience of previous customers, City.Optims can be expected to increase revenue by up to 8%.
City.Optims optimises multiple revenue streams and provides detailed analysis of a varied business mix. It will centralize and consolidate critical data to analyse, forecast and optimise, enabling the management to make informed decisions to increase their revenue per available room (RevPAR). City.Optims will be installed as an ASP solution, giving each hotel access to its data, while the head office receives an overall view allowing it to optimise the global chain and supervise all hotels.
