Commenting on London’s successful bid to stage the 2012 Olympic Games, the Chief Executive of the Hotel & Catering International Management Association (HCIMA), Philippe Rossiter FHCIMA, said: “London winning the bid to host the 2012 Olympics is fantastic news not just for Londoners, but for the spirit of the nation as a whole.
