LANGLEY, UK, TRUST.WIZCOM, a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD) and a global provider of technology and distribution solutions for the hospitality and leisure industry, has today announced a new agreement with the Dorchester Group of hotels which will see them move to the Voyager Central Reservation System (CRS). As part of the agreement, Dorchester Group will also be using TRUST.WIZCOM call center services to handle their reservations on a global basis.

Through the Voyager CRS, the Dorchester Group will be able to develop and maximise a comprehensive distribution infrastructure, including GDS and Internet distribution channels. An integral part of the technology solution will be the automation of their own reservation offices; business intelligence tools to enable better management planning; and centralised commission payment capabilities to improve cash flow between hotels within the group. In addition to the technology elements of this agreement, the Dorchester Group will also be transferring some of their call centre operations to TRUST.WIZCOM, who will handle worldwide telephone bookings under the Dorchester Group name.

“Our aim was to identify and select a solution that would enable us to exploit new opportunities in this rapidly evolving distribution environment and we are extremely pleased with our choice of partner. We selected TRUST.WIZCOM not only for their excellent technology solutions, such as Voyager CRS, but more importantly because of their deep understanding of our business and their desire to help us achieve our objectives.” said Mr François Delahaye, COO of Dorchester Group.

“We are excited to be working with such a forward looking company as the Dorchester Group as they implement their new distribution infrastructure. The fact that the agreement encompasses both technology and call centre solutions highlights the very complex nature of hotel distribution today and demonstrates the true value that TRUST.WIZCOM brings to hospitality companies around the globe,” said Richard Wiegmann, Chief Operating Officer, TRUST.WIZCOM
