"The EHTEC Advisory Council has put a lot of planning and thought into the conference programme,"said Frank Wolfe, CAE, HFTP executive vice president and CEO. "The programme comprises sessions which are specifically relevant to the European hospitality marketplace, as well as sessions that are important to the hospitality industry in general."

The EHTEC Advisory Council consists of European and Middle Eastern hospitality technology professionals, consultants and educators. The council based the education topics on the results of an extensive survey of the European hospitality technology community, as well as its own expertise.

HFTP, established in 1952, is also the producer of the annual Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC), the world's oldest hospitality technology show. Also new for HFTP this year is the Caribbean Finance Technology Professionals Conference, which is scheduled for 11-12 December, 2006 at the Westin Rio Mar Beach Golf Resort & Spa in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
