As an Endorsed Vendor of Best Western International, the MICROS OPERA Enterprise Solution, including OPERA Xpress, is approved by Best Western International as a certified property management software platform for over 2,400 hotels in North America.
The certified Two-Way interface will allow Best Western properties to streamline the hotel reservation process more effectively and efficiently by eliminating duplicate efforts and manual data entry errors. Best Western guests will be pleased to find that regardless of how they book their reservation, either directly at the property, via the Best Western website, or by contacting the Best Western Call Center, their reservation information will be available to view at multiple points of contact.
