FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. | Radisson Caribbean Resorts announces Susan Carlson has joined the Radisson team as director of incentive sales. Carlson will be based in a Rhode Island satellite office and reporting to Francis Purvey, director of sales and marketing for Radisson Resorts Aruba & St. Martin.

Carlson brings 12 years of hospitality sales experience in the incentive, corporate and association travel sectors representing high-profile hotel brands and destinations. She most recently served as regional sales director for Sol Meliá and previously held regional sales leadership positions with the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau and The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau. Carlson is a member of the Society of Travel and Incentive Executives, The Professional Convention Management Association and Meeting Professionals International.
