Sheraton is Named Best Hotel Chain in Latin America By US Business Travel Magazine

In the U.S. magazine, Sheraton tied with Marriott for fourth place in the "Best International Hotel Chain" category, and placed in the top five for "Best Mid-Priced Hotel Chain in North America," and "Best Domestic Hotel Chain" categories.

The awards were announced at the 11th Annual Travel Industry Awards ceremony in New York City, where actress Sarah Jessica Parker, a spokesperson for UNICEF, was the guest of honor. The Latin America award was collected by Linda Cain of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
