Hilton Hotels Corporation Names William Thompson Vice President, Corporate Treasury

William began his career in 1989 with The Promus Companies, serving in a variety of internal audit staff, senior and supervisory positions. In 1995, he became manager, Planning & Controls of the Hotel Finance department of Promus Hotel Corporation. In 1997, he was named manager, Treasury & Shareholder Services, and in 2000, after Promus Hotel Corporation was acquired by Hilton Hotels Corporation, he became director of Treasury for Hilton Hotels Corporation.

William earned his bachelor's of business administration in accounting at the University of Memphis, and he is a Certified Public Accountant. William is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Hospitality Federal Credit Union.
