Desires Hotels, the boutique division of Tecton Hospitality, Rolls Out ‘Your Desires’ CRM Solution at Miami Beach’s Circa39 Hotel

MIAMI, Desires Hotels, the boutique division of Tecton Hospitality, today announced it has rolled out its “Your Desires” customer relationship management (CRM) solution at Miami Beach’s Circa39 Hotel.

“Your Desires” is unique from other CRM solutions because it emphasizes what hotel guests desire most – a hotel experience tailored to their personal preferences prior to their arrival.

Desires Hotels created “Your Desires” in 2004 at The Water Club in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The company plans to implement “Your Desires” at all boutique hotels that are managed by Tecton’s Desires division by the end of the year.

“This highly personalized service includes an online guest profile, filled out on the hotel’s Web site, which indicates their preferences down to the minute detail, such as their favorite beverages, snacks (munchies) and music,” said Tecton Hospitality Vice President of Marketing Doug Carrillo. “This proven concept increases hotel revenue by boosting the number of repeat guests. More than 1,500 guests at The Water Club have taken advantage of ‘Your Desires’ so far.”

The process is managed at the hotel level by a “Manager of Desires” who insures that each guest’s stay is personalized before they arrive at the hotel and throughout their stay.

Tecton’s boutique-hotel management approach led to the transformation of The Water Club into one of the Caribbean’s top boutique hotels and a financial success for the owner. In addition to the 84-room Water Club and the 83-room Circa39, the current Desires’ portfolio consists of two Miami Beach, Fla., boutique hotels located in the heart of South Beach: the 50-room Aqua Hotel and the 66-room Wave Hotel. The division also plans to have projects open in Atlanta in 2005 and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Cincinnati, Ohio in 2006.
