Brilliant Hotelsoftware has announced that they have been selected to supply their PMS and POS products to 35 Express by Holiday Inn hotels in the GCC over the next 5 years. The Franchisor, Intercontinental Hotels Group has had a long relationship with Brilliant Hotelsoftware. Brilliant software is currently used in Holiday Inns and Express by Holiday Inn in the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain.
The exclusive master franchise holder for the GCC, Hospitality Management Services Middle East, is wisely taking advantage of the absence of quality budget hotels in the GCC. In a market dominated with 5 star resorts they have found a niche with a lot of potential. The first hotel will be built in Dubai and will be opening in Q4, 2006 closely followed by one in Qatar, one in Bahrain and another in Dubai in 2007. Of the new hotels 12 will be in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the rest in select locations in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE and Oman.
In preparation for these new clients, Brilliant Hotelsoftware has recently established an office in Dubai, UAE.
