Serenata Voyager CRS Integration Optimizes Room Occupancy at Lindner Hotels & Resorts
The solution guarantees real-time availabilities down to the last room for all GDS systems connected via Trust Voyager

Munich | Lindner Hotels & Resorts have started to employ the Serenata Voyager CRS Integration this September. The integration automates the data flow between all connected GDS systems and the Property Management Systems of the Lindner Hotels and guarantees precise availability displays in the GDS, down to the last room (last room availability.) What is more, the availability is not restricted to the traditional GDS allotment, but for the first time reflects the individual overbooking levels set by each hotel. Last-room-availability has top priority with Lindner, since it prevents guests from being turned away needlessly and avoids revenues from being lost.

The Serenata Voyager CRS Integration is currently running in two properties of the hotel chain and is to be implemented in all hotels with a Voyager GDS connection by next year. By ensuring real-time availability across all booking channels, Lindner Hotels & Resorts once again proves to be an innovator in the area of system integration.
