Dusit Hotels and Resorts Maps Out Five-Year Plan, 2006-2010

The two-day meeting was attended in full force by general managers of Dusit and Royal Princess hotels and resorts, as well as the company’s key executives and managers from Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources and Regional Office.

Chanin Donavanik, Executive Director, opened the meeting delineating the goals of the company which is set for expansion locally and overseas. The executives from each section took turns to present their own strategies and action plan to achieve their individual goals.

• The Dusit Group currently comprises three hotel product brands: Dusit Hotels & Resorts, Royal Princess Hotels & Resorts, and the recently soft-opened D2hotel chiang mai, Dusit’s latest brand extension.
• Dusit offers 10 deluxe accommodations in major destinations throughout Thailand, and its overseas portfolio includes Indonesia (Jakarta and East Kalimantan), the Philippines (Manila), the U.A.E. (Dubai), and Myanmar (Yangon).
• Royal Princess Hotels & Resorts was founded in 1989 to serve the rapidly growing need for first-class, moderately priced accommodation. The nine hotels are located in primary and secondary destinations throughout Thailand.
