Vivico Real Estate and Feuring Group set up Joint Venture
Hotel developments will focus on German-speaking countries

The international hotel consulting group Feuring and the real estate company Vivico are pooling their know-how and manpower for projects in the German-speaking countries. Initially, Viador GmbH, which has just been founded, will become active in a number of Vivico projects.

Viador will provide services and advice to hotel projects. As a first step, the company will be active in a number of Vivico projects; at a later stage, it wants to include other developments in the German-speaking countries - independent of the Vivico portfolio.

“Our properties have a lot of potential for use as hotels, however, until now we have concentrated on the development of city quarters and the realisation of offices and accommodation”, says Bernhard H. Hansen, CEO of Vivico. “With the joint venture, we are securing specific hotel know-how and with the Feuring Group we will have an acknowledged and experienced partner at our side”, Hansen says.

Berno-H. Feuring, founder of the Feuring Group, emphasised that it will be possible to continue the group’s international expansion whilst at the same time pooling knowledge and manpower in the German-speaking countries with Vivico. “The joint venture is very important to us, as we can operate faster and more efficiently with a financially strong partner such as Vivico at our side”, Feuring says.

Vivico has a 70 % and Feuring a 30 % share in the company. The first projects Viador will tackle are possible hotel projects in the Lehrter Stadtquartier in Berlin and in the Europaviertel in Frankfurt.
