TIG Global Collects International WebAwards for Superior Website Design
Grand Hotel Esplanade Berlin and LXR Luxury Resorts and Hotels Receive Web Design Honors

WASHINGTON, DC | TIG Global (www.TIGglobal.com), the leading interactive marketing company for hospitality, recently announced the receipt of two WebAwards for excellence in website design and strategy. This year’s international competition, held by the Web Marketing Association, received 2,400 entries from over 40 countries. Websites were judged on design, innovation, content, interactivity, ease of use, navigation, and use of technology.

TIG Global’s website design for the Grande Hotel Esplanade Berlin (www.EsplanadeBerlin.com) was recognized as an “Outstanding Website” and the LXR Luxury Resorts and Hotels website (www.LuxuryResorts.com) was awarded the “Standard of Excellence” in the Hotel/Lodging/Travel category. TIG Global designed the Grand Hotel Esplanade Berlin website to showcase the property’s luxurious atmosphere while maximizing conversions of a diverse international target market. A toggle button allows visitors to access both the German and English versions of the website, while an interactive map illustrates the hotel’s proximity to Berlin’s top attractions. The LXR Luxury Resorts and Hotels website highlights all of the properties in the LXR collection with a dynamic search tool that allows visitors to select a LXR property based on geography, interests, hobbies, or amenities. In catering to the large number of repeat visitors on the LXR site, TIG Global continually refreshes the rich flash animation and utilizes RSS feeds to update subscribers on promotions and LXR news.

“We are extremely proud to have our design work recognized internationally and to share this honor with our clients,” said Trip Schneck, president of TIG Global. “Our results-driven website designs are built upon the best practices for conversion that we have established in building over 500 successful hotel websites. Each website design is a blend of art and science; designed to engage and convert visitors through strategically placed calls-to-action and ultimately deliver unmatched ROI.”

In addition to custom website design and development, TIG Global offers a comprehensive online marketing approach that includes search engine optimization, pay-per-click marketing, strategic linking, email marketing, statistical reporting, and consultative account management.
