Under the terms of the agreement, VRX will provide a comprehensive set of content services including photography, image processing, content management and distribution as well as all logistical, project management, and scheduling support. The companies will work closely together to add coverage of new properties as they open and ensure accuracy of the archive through VRX's industry leading Always Fresh(TM) program.
