Many employees are not that concerned about keeping a job for a long period of time and move from one hotel to another quite often. This is not just the case for operational staff but also for junior to middle management.

It’s no surprise then that many hotels, especially those at the upscale end of the market, are looking to hire and retain motivated young hoteliers. So there are great opportunities for graduates from hotel schools in Switzerland.

An internship or management training with one of the international hotel groups can be the start of a very exciting career. With this in mind, we are organizing a fascinating career trip in the first week of April, the term break.
