PSAV Portfolio Climbs in Rockies with Regional Acquisition

LONG BEACH, CALIF. | PSAV® Presentation Services, the leading supplier of audiovisual and event technology to hotels, associations, producers, and meeting planners worldwide, announces the acquisition of Davis AV’s Colorado Rocky Mountain operations. Davis AV will continue to own and operate its convention services division out of its Denver corporate offices.

With this transaction, PSAV adds a number of new hotels in the Vail Valley, in addition to the multiple hotel properties it currently services in Denver and Aspen. One such property is the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa, a newly renovated 190 room property with over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. Other properties include the Beaver Creek Lodge; Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa; The Charter at Beaver Creek; Lion Square Lodge; The Sonnenalp Resort of Vail; and, Austria Haus Club and Hotel. PSAV will also be adding a new Event Services office in the Vail Valley which will provide seamless support to meetings and events throughout the region.
