Spokane-based Red Lion Hotels Corp. said Monday that Columbia Pacific Opportunity Fund LLC of Seattle has made an unsolicited $151 million bid to buy the company and take it private, which the hotel company is considering. Red Lion, which currently trades on the New York Stock Exchange, "is committed to maximizing value for all our shareholders," Chief Financial Officer Anthony Dombrowik said in an interview. Dombrowik declined to disclose how the company's board is reacting to the offer.
