CLEVELAND, OH | The Lexington Hotel Cliffbreakers Riverside Resort (Rockford, IL) is pleased to announce the return of Jimmy Vitale from retirement to the General Manager position he held for many years.
“I’m very excited to have the opportunity to become re-acquainted with Lexington Cliffbreakers’ many guests, old friends, and its staff,” said Vitale. “This property has been a special part of me for many years and it is something I have always had close to my heart.”
Michael Ellis, one of the owners, brought the property from Vitale two years ago and will step aside as the General Manager.
“As the owner, I have to have the best person running the business and there’s no question that Jimmy is the man for the job. We’re thrilled that he’s putting retirement on hold,” Ellis said.
With its fantastic views and beautiful river-view decks, the Lexington Hotel Cliffbreakers Riverside Resort has been the destination of choice for thousands of weddings and is home to many of the region’s largest business and group functions.
