HVS London Appoints Tim Smith As New Director of Valuations

The London office of HVS is delighted to announce that Tim Smith, MRICS has joined the company as a director. Tim will be responsible for growing the valuation side of the business within the UK and throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Tim is a chartered surveyor with 13 years’ experience in valuing hotels and other leisure businesses. He recently headed the hotels team at HLL Humberts Leisure. On taking up his new appointment Tim commented, "Whilst it was a difficult decision to leave Humberts Leisure, given their reputation in the market, the opportunity to join HVS with greater exposure to international markets was too exciting to ignore. I look forward to further expanding the business and reputation of HVS as the market-leading international hotel consultants.”
