Protel PMS to be implemented at the Velvet Hotel, the latest addition to the Manchester hotel circuit
March 2009 sees the dawning of a new era for the city of Manchester in the UK, as Velvet sprinkles its unique chutzpah and creates the plush £5.5m, 4 star Velvet Hotel. Hospitality will be taken to an opulent new level for business and leisure guests alike, with 19 fully air-conditioned, decadent boudoirs.
The hotel’s management team drew upon their local relationships to seek recommendations for a suitable PMS system and quickly settled upon protel PMS.
