Protel and Xn Hotel Systems selected by Roomzzz Serviced Apartments

Roomzzz is a UK-based Aparthotel Brand, offering spacious and well thought out apartments that provide all the luxuries of home. Apartments typically offer 50% more space than an average hotel room. The latest addition to the portfolio, Roomzzz City (in Leeds City Centre), will open in May 2009, comprising 36 superb 1 & 2 bedroom luxury apartments.

The expansion of the brand prompted the management team to review current systems and to evaluate alternatives, specifically in the PMS arena. A particular emphasis was placed on multi-property capabilities, including cross-selling and centralised management reporting. “At our city development we were keen to implement a robust and feature-rich PMS solution.
