The Conference Services Module brings together all of the functionality that Sales, Catering, Groups, and Events each individually produced, into ONE screen, using features you haven't seen in other property management systems. It gives you the ability to create an event and make reservations at the click of a mouse. You can schedule events from guest history without having to re-create the original orders. There is a CRM built into the system so you can streamline the entire sales process and give your team the tools and flexibility they need to drive up your meetings and events revenue.

The Conference Services module is part of the Portfolio HMS product, which means it is integrated into the software. No additional interfaces are needed. It was designed to give users the ability to book rooms and meeting space in one phone call. Groups and even sub-groups are all located within the Event Sales Planner (ESP). This module let's you create any event the way you want to, when you want to.
