Depending on freely configurable parameters such as the number of stays or nights, or a certain sales volume, protel AutoVIP automatically assigns a VIP status to every guest and updates it with every stay. Hence, important sales information is never lost and you will keep track of everything.

The (optional) alert function also comes in particularly handy as it pops up whenever the guest checks in again, to remind you just how important this guest really is.
