We hope you had a good start into an exciting and successful New Year. Serenata and our market-leading CRM solutions were truly in demand in 2009. We were able to double sales for our e marketing solution @mail, and we have won some of the world's most renowned hotels chains for NetHotel CRM with Orient-Express Hotels and The Dorchester Collection.
Serenata products help hoteliers to weather even difficult times and to streamline their operation, while at the same time building additional demand. For 2010, you may expect a number of innovations from Serenata, including an exciting new NetHotel release with great enhancements, especially with regards to the CRM functionality as well as substantial product development for @mail.
Serenata will also be offering selective Micros-Fidelio V6/V7 support for hotels that want to keep using the solution beyond the end-of-lifecycle date announced by Micros-Fidelio.

High-Level CRM and CRS Integration for Dorchester Collection
The highly esteemed hotel group Dorchester Collection has chosen the entire Serenata NetHotel CRM product suite and the e-marketing solution @mail, after carrying out a comprehensive competitive analysis. The Dorchester Collection includes seven leading luxury hotels in Europe and the USA, owned by the Sultan of Brunei.
The Dorchester portfolio includes the iconic Plaza Athénée in Paris, the world-famous Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles and the equally famous The Dorchester Hotel in London. Read more.
Serenata CRM Rides the Orient-Express
We are especially proud of having won Orient-Express Hotels, Trains and Cruises for our NetHotel CRM and @mail product suites. The name has been synonymous with luxury travel accommodation and service for decades. Orient-Express operates first-class hotels, trains and cruise services as well as restaurants in some of the most beautiful places of the world. This means that our CRM solution this time will not only be implemented in some of the best hotels but will also be employed in the legendary luxury trains of the Orient-Express.

@mail Pilot Robinson Club Fleesensee
We are very pleased to have won the Robinson Club Fleesensee as the pilot of the hotel group for our e-marketing solution Serenata @mail. The club, which is located in the heart of Germany at the Mecklenburg Lake District, has completely integrated Serenata @mail into the operative processes. The reservation staff now sends customer communication directly from their Property Management System protel PMS. A particular concern of the club was to inform the guests about the available club activities before their arrival. Such a request is quickly implemented with @mail.

Facebook and Tripadvisor Integration with @mail at the InterContinental Berlin
The InterContinental Berlin has completely overhauled their email templates and extended their use of Serenata @mail. In addition to sending the classic reservation confirmation per email, @mail is now used as a targeted marketing tool. Before their arrival, guests are informed proactively and receive the actual weather report, transfer infos and restaurant recommendations. The guest details are generated directly from the Micros-Fidelio Opera PMS and sent via Serenata @mail. An interesting detail is that the InterContinental Berlin actively uses Facebook for additional marketing activities. The link to Facebook has been built directly into the Serenata @mail communication.

@mail at the Langham Place Hong Kong
The five-star-hotel located in Kowloon, Mong Kok has been operating successfully with @mail for several years. It was time to revise the email templates and the website to adapt the look to the new corporate identity of the hotel. The Langham Place attaches great value to informing the guest of additional available services directly on the reservation confirmation. These options are now all included in the new template.
