One of the main factors in winning the recent safe orders in Israel was the OS200's mechanical key override feature, which provides convenience and emergency opening capability for additional peace of mind. The safes were part of a very attractive all-in-one package offered by Onitech, Onity's distributor in Israel, including locks, safes and a comprehensive service and warranty package.
The OS200 is one of Onity's newest electronic in-room safe models. Its user-friendly operation, coupled with a high level of reliability and functionality makes it an ideal safe for any application. All Onity OS Series safes feature digital PIN code operation, providing maximum guest security as well as low maintenance for the hotel staff. They also include audit trail reporting that provides detailed reports of safe events, such as openings and closings, and identifies all users. The OS200 provides the audit trail information directly on the LED display for instant verification.
Another feature, Onity's "Code to Close" technology, prevents accidental locking by requiring the customer to enter their unique code each time they lock the door of the safe. This greatly reduces the need for hotel personnel to override the safe, resulting in savings of both labor costs and staff time. For added savings, OS Series safes are designed for low battery consumption, which provides longer continuous operation and reduced operational costs.
